1️⃣ Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Badges Are Fun.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Only one account per person is allowed unless authorized.
Multiple accounts to abuse badges, commissions, or offers are prohibited.

2️⃣ Badges

        Badges are digital collectibles for participation and engagement.
        They have no cash value and are non-transferable.
    

Badge ownership does not guarantee commissions, upgrades, or partner access unless explicitly stated. Badges may be modified, limited, or retired at any time.

3️⃣ Upgrades & Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid upgrade or recurring subscription. Member upgrades may increase commission percentages but do not guarantee earnings.

Partner features may require meeting eligibility thresholds (such as badge counts) and maintaining an active monthly subscription.

4️⃣ Login Offers & Promotions

Login offers and special promotions are optional and shown at our discretion. Availability, pricing, and benefits may change or be discontinued at any time.

5️⃣ Commissions & Earnings

Commissions are not guaranteed income.

Commission rates depend on account status at the time of the transaction.
Free members earn the base commission rate.
Upgraded members may earn higher commissions.
Commissions may be reversed due to fraud, abuse, refunds, or chargebacks.
Minimum payout thresholds apply.

6️⃣ Prohibited Use

Copying, cloning, or redistributing any part of the platform
Reverse engineering or scraping code or systems
Abusing referrals, login offers, badges, or commissions
Using bots, automation, or deceptive practices
Misrepresenting affiliation with Badges Are Fun

7️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content, software, systems, designs, databases, logos, and mechanics are the exclusive property of Badges Are Fun. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8️⃣ Partner Accounts

Partner access may require eligibility, approval, and an active subscription. Partner privileges may be limited, suspended, or revoked for violations.

9️⃣ Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke access, and adjust badges or commissions if these Terms are violated.

Badges Are Fun is provided “as is.” Use the platform at your own risk.

We are not liable for lost earnings, missed opportunities, downtime, or business decisions made by users.
